How do I check my order?

You can enter your tracking number on the Waybill Query page to view the shipping status.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes are only possible within2 hoursafter placing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, item, or quantity, please contact us immediately atnxueliang5@gmail.com.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is being prepared for shipment.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
